No one prepared
me for this either.

Why I started She2.0

Because I couldn't find the answers I was looking for.

For more than 20 years, I've helped brands tell stories.

Now I'm helping women make sense of theirs.

Like a lot of women, I entered midlife completely unprepared for what was ahead. The physical changes. The emotional shifts. The conflicting information. The silence.

The more I learned, the more I realized something wasn't adding up.

Women were expected to navigate some of the biggest transitions of their lives with very little support and a lot of misinformation.

So I started asking questions.

I interviewed experts. Read the research. Challenged assumptions. Listened to women's stories.

What began as a podcast became something bigger.

Today, She2.0 is a place for real conversations, smarter health information, and honest truths about midlife.

We talk about health, aging, relationships, identity, sex, work, and the things women don't always say out loud.

Because midlife isn't a problem to solve.

It's a stage of life that deserves better conversations.
